Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Trading Support Engineer to manage DTL’s trading environment with a focus on risk management and control. The role involves configuring, monitoring, and optimising trading activities to ensure smooth operations.

You will gain exposure to market access, trade monitoring, process optimization, system enhancements, alpha management and automation, collaborating with researchers and developers to resolve queries and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python scripting.
• Comfortable with Linux (support/monitoring).
• Strong business judgement and ability to identify and escalate issues.
• Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global trading activities and analyse/troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Develop tools for trading analysis and automation to monitor live trading.
• Collaborate with researchers and developers as first line of support for queries.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline legacy processes to enhance productivity and controls.
