Job summary

IC Markets Global is seeking a Trading Operations Officer to manage oneZero Hub configurations, connect to liquidity providers, and deploy new instruments across MT4/MT5 and cTrader. You will monitor execution quality, build dashboards with Excel/SQL/Python, and collaborate with tech, risk, and compliance teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, real-time problem solving, and end-to-end product testing in a fast-paced forex trading environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in trading operations, systems integration, or platform engineering (Forex/CFD).
• Expert-level familiarity with oneZero, MT4/MT5, cTrader, and FIX protocol.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, order routing, and liquidity management.
• Proficient with Excel; SQL/Python for automation and data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of oneZero Hub and bridge configurations, including order outing, liquidity pools and system design.
• Configure and maintain MT4/MT5, cTrader, and other trading platforms for new launches and updates.
• Set up symbol specifications: trading hours, tick size, commissions, and swaps.
• Maintain real-time connectivity with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and internal systems via FIX, Bridge, and API layers.
• Lead deployment of new instruments and trading products; perform UAT, regression, and environment validation.
• Build dashboards and reports to track execution metrics, LP performance, and routing decisions.
