Job summary

Hytech is seeking a detail-oriented professional for risk control and trading monitoring in Kuala Lumpur. You will perform daily monitoring procedures, verify data, maintain records, and assist in compiling and updating reports while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Basic skills in report preparation, data processing, and data organization.
Willing to commit to a stable, long-term role.
Good communication to coordinate across departments.
At least 2 years of working experience.
Ability to handle urgent situations.

Responsibilities

Perform daily trading monitoring procedures, including system operations, data verification, and preliminary assessment of abnormal activities.
Maintain proper records and report findings in accordance with established procedures.
Assist in compiling and updating records of irregular or abnormal trading activities.
Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations for further action.
Maintain understanding of the Group’s business boundaries and operational guidelines to ensure compliance.
Handle daily operational communications, coordination, and basic issue tracking across departments.
Carry out other operational tasks assigned by supervisors, paying attention to detail and accuracy.
