The candidate should bring 5+ years in trading operations, strong judgement on returns vs. costs, and fluency with data analysis tools. A hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trading operations, execution, or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of execution quality and best-execution principles.
• Fluent with analytics tooling, including AI-assisted analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the automated trade execution strategy across regions.
• Monitor execution quality and intervene during volatility or low volume.
• Lead portfolio reoptimisation and coordinate with broker desks.
• Collaborate with Investment, Product and Engineering to ship enhancements.
