Yee Lee Group is seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing leader based in Johor Bahru / KL to shape and drive our market strategy across Modern Trade, traditional channels and distributors. You will connect brand directives with sales execution and lead a high-performance team to deliver growth in Malaysia's FMCG landscape.

Responsibilities include developing annual plans, managing budgets, and translating data into actionable commercial actions to optimize ROI and channel performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related discipline.
• Approximately 8-12 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably FMCG.

Mansioni

• Lead the overall trade marketing strategy.
• Translate brand objectives into channel, customer and shopper activation plans.
• Develop annual trade marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across channels, categories and customers.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Sales and Brand Marketing.
• Monitor market, shopper, customer and competitor trends.
• Develop strategies for Modern Trade, General/Traditional Trade, distributors and other channels.
• Drive product distribution, availability, visibility and in-store execution.
• Develop merchandising and display standards across channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve channel and customer performance.
• Lead planning and execution of trade promotions and customer programs.
• Manage the overall Trade Marketing budget and allocate investments across activities.
• Monitor trade spending and promotional effectiveness; conduct post-promotion evaluations.
• Improve promotion ROI and commercial returns; recommend corrective actions.
