Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Trade Marketing Admin to support the team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks, maintain product listings, track POSM, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data handling in Excel, strong coordination, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to promotions, campaigns and retail activations in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing Admin, Sales Admin, Merchandising or a related role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work with different stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Trade Marketing team in day-to-day coordination and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update product listing information across customers and sales channels.
• Track and coordinate POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) requests, production, delivery and deployment.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, merchandisers and external suppliers on POSM and trade marketing-related matters.
• Assist in coordinating GWP (Gift with Purchase), promotional materials and other trade marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update tracking reports for product listings, POSM, GWP, promotions and campaign activities.
• Follow up on stock availability, delivery status and outstanding requests to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing Excel reports, trackers and presentations for Trade Marketing activities.
• Support the team in coordinating promotional campaigns, retail activations, roadshows and other marketing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of trade marketing materials and campaign records.
• Work closely with the Sales and Merchandising teams to ensure proper execution of trade marketing activities at stores/outlets.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Trade Marketing team.
