We are looking for Trade Analyst, Asia Pacific.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Responsible for establishing and ensuring consistent application of APAC trade operation procedures in alignment with global and local countries regulations
  • Work with global Trade Compliance team to initiate and deploy activities, and collaborate with logistics, sales, finance, legal and other business teams on cross-function projects
  • Provide oversight for export control requirements including screening, classification, and license management
  • Compliance checks and support all issues related to trade compliance on all Mergers & De-Mergers.
  • Responsible for Risk & Internal Compliance for AP Region.
  • Support Trade implementation training, internal audit, risk correction/mitigation and other functions
  • Responsible for customs broker management policy, onboarding, KPI performance, business review and etc
  • Responsible for timely reporting to HQ for all import and export activities in the region
  • Responsible for all queries, new requirements, audit, post inspection, appeal cases, certification from the customs authority in the region
Your qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, law or related fields
  • 7+ Years of Trade and Trade compliance related experience
  • Strong experience in import/export administration, including HS classification, Customs valuation, Customs clearance, Country of Origin, import license, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of ASEAN, Korea, Japan, Australia & New Zealand import & export trade regulations and practice.
  • SAP system and trade system application experience.
  • Having work experience in EU multinational corporations will be a plus.
  • Willing to travel, if required.
