Job summary

Maersk is seeking a senior hub operations professional to own end-to-end coordination for cargo flow through the TPP Hub. The role requires strong planning, cross-functional collaboration and KPI governance to ensure on-time performance and efficient capacity use.

Responsibilities include managing peak periods, visibility across inbound and outbound processes, and stakeholder engagement to align with customer priorities and seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in supply chain or logistics operations.
• Experience in a control tower, hub operations or cross-functional coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and ocean allocation and end-to-end supply chain flow.
• Experience designing and implementing operational KPI frameworks.
• Prior experience in peak-season or high-volume environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational coordination for cargo moving through the TPP Hub, ensuring smooth handoffs between functions.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility across inbound, planning, inventory, export and customs processes.
• Translate forecasts into resource plans and validate capacity against demand.
• Lead peak management, prioritisation and issue resolution in daily planning meetings.
• Design, govern and report on KPI frameworks for hub operations and escalation triggers.
