Job summary

Infastech (M) Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan seeks a Tool Maker to join the manufacturing team. You will manufacture, assemble and repair precision tooling components in line with blueprints and drawings.

Candidates should hold a technical certificate and have 1–2 years of tool-making experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, compliant work area and efficient machine operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Making, Machining Technology).
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Tool Maker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges according to blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines, to produce high-quality tooling components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool performance, die repair, and machine operation, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, and ensuring proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
