Job summary

Infastech (M) Sdn Bhd in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Tool Maker with a certificate in a relevant technical field and 1-2 years of proven experience.

You will operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders and EDM equipment to manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tooling components, while adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a certificate in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Making, Machining Technology).
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Tool Maker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges according to blueprints, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Operate and maintain a variety of machine tools, including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines, to produce high-quality tooling components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool performance, die repair, and machine operation, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, and ensuring proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
