Qualifications

• Qualified in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field (SPM or diploma level or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Account Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and payments.
• Filing financial documents, receipts, and vouchers in an organized manner.
• Responding to enquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding account matters.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Supporting the senior accounting team with daily routine matters.
• Ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
