Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's OPPO distributor, seeks a confident TikTok Live Host to drive engaging livestreams and e-commerce experiences. You will host sessions, showcase OPPO products creatively, and interact with viewers in real time to boost sales and satisfaction.

You will plan shows, respond to questions, and collaborate on daily TikTok operations while creating compelling content. Fresh graduates welcome; diplomas in Marketing/Media/Business preferred. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of livestreaming or similar experience; Fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident, cheerful and outgoing personality.
• Able to multi-task and work according to plans.
• Experience creating short-form video content and knowledge of social media trends is a plus.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Live streaming on TikTok to promote OPPO products, features and promotions.
• Plan and ideate live broadcasting shows and campaigns on TikTok.

As our Tiktok Live Host, you will be responsible for managing and hosting livestream sessions across e-commerce platforms, showcasing OPPO products creatively, engaging with audiences in real time, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience that drives customer interaction and sales.

What You’ll Do

Live streaming in Tiktok platform to promote OPPO products, features and current promotions

Plan and ideate live broadcasting shows and campaigns promotion in Tiktok platform

Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.

Develop and produce interesting and engaging contents for broadcast/livestreams with audience

Plan, execute and write progress reports for broadcast/livestreams

Work with team members to handle the daily operations of Tiktok platforms

Other related ad-hoc duties assigned

What We’re Looking For

At least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related field

1 - 2 year of experience in livestreaming or a similar role (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)

Excellent interpersonal skills, with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

Confidence, cheerful and outgoing personalities

Able to work multi-tasks efficiently and effectively in line with plans

Experience in creating short-form video content and understanding of social media trends and e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Taking initiative, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.

Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
