Qualifications

• Passion for TikTok culture, trends and audience dynamics.
• Ability to generate original, engaging content ideas aligned with brand messaging.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimisation (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong visual and audio sensibility with good storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance data.
• Time management to meet multiple deadlines.
• Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging TikTok content including short-form videos and trends.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline ideation, scripting, editing and optimisation.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms and best practices.
• Collaborate on content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Analyse content performance and provide actionable insights.
• Brainstorm campaign concepts and content strategies with the team.
• Organise files and ensure assets are archived and accessible.
• Support cross-platform content repurposing for other channels.
• Assist in managing TikTok accounts, community engagement and DMs.
