Key responsibilities

• Collect cash and issue tickets correctly
• Ensure all cash is balanced at the end of each day/shift
• Prepare and hand over daily cash collection in the record
• Serve customers promptly, politely and professionally
• Provide clear information on game rules, draws, and payouts
• Handle complaints or issues and cancel when necessary
• Assist in the prize claim process (within authorized limits)
• Operate the betting terminal efficiently and accurately
• Issue tickets exactly as requested by customers
• Cancel and reissue tickets strictly in accordance with company policy
