Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or related healthcare field.
• 1–2 years of experience as Therapy Assistant or Physiotherapist in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Compassionate and empathetic with patient care.

As a key member of our Physiotherapy, OT & Rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to our patients. • Assisting physiotherapists in the delivery of individualised treatment plans for patients
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the physiotherapist
• Providing hands‑on support during therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches and other modalities
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensuring the physiotherapy clinic and equipment are well‑organised and maintained
• Promoting a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or a related healthcare field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Therapy Assistant or Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine interest in patient care
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, mandarin will be added advantages
