Job summary

Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, seeks a dedicated First Aider to provide immediate medical care to guests and employees at our theme park. The role is full-time and requires working with diverse teams to ensure safety and well-being on site.

Responsibilities include prompt response to calls, on-site treatment, record keeping, kit maintenance, and supporting safety training for staff. A valid first aid certificate and relevant experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid first aid certification such as workplace first aid or St John Ambulance certificate.
• Experience as a first aider or in a healthcare/medical environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff and medical professionals.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
• Good physical fitness and stamina to respond to calls and provide care as needed.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and first aid procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to first aid calls and assess the situation to provide appropriate medical care
• Administer first aid treatments such as bandaging, cleaning and dressing wounds, and administering medication as per protocols
• Monitor and observe patients, and arrange for further medical assistance when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of all first aid incidents and treatments provided
• Ensure the first aid kits and supplies are well‑stocked and in good condition
• Promote safety awareness and provide first aid training to staff as required
