Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and labour laws.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and taxation regulations.
• Handle payroll queries and provide solutions related to payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
• Prepare payroll reports and analysis for management review.
• Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and information.
• Assist in implementing payroll system improvements and updates.
