Job summary

Fit Pioneer Resources is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Test Leader to drive end-to-end testing of servers, storage, and networking hardware in a high-speed environment.

You will design test strategies, oversee SIT, validate signal integrity, and manage MTBF verification while mentoring the testing team and driving automation to cut costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing and validation of data centre hardware, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, procedures, and standardised testing processes.
• Plan and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), signal integrity validation, performance testing, and stress testing.
• Manage high-speed interface validation, including PCIe Gen 5/6, DDR5, and 400G/800G Ethernet.
• Lead reliability verification, including environmental testing, thermal validation, durability assessments, and MTBF verification.
• Establish standardised test cases and procedures to improve testing coverage, consistency, and reusability.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the testing team through task allocation, technical guidance, training, and performance management.
• Monitor critical defects, coordinate root cause investigations, and ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Drive test automation and continuous process improvement to enhance testing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare test reports, assess product compliance, and provide technical recommendations to support product release and delivery decisions.

Job description

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.


• At least 5 years of relevant experience in testing servers, storage systems, networking equipment, or data centre hardware.


• Minimum 2 years of team management or leadership experience.


• Experience in data centre hardware, AI servers, or high-speed networking platforms will be an advantage.


• Familiarity with PCIe Gen 5/6, DDR5, and 400G/800G Ethernet interface validation.


• Strong knowledge of signal integrity analysis, system integration testing, performance validation, and reliability testing.


• Familiarity with JEDEC, MIL-STD, ESS, and MTBF verification methods is preferred.


• Experience with test automation and scripting languages such as Python or Bash is an advantage.


• Fluent Mandarin is required to understand technical documentation from headquarters and participate in Mandarin-language meetings.
