Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Malaysia's Ipoh area is seeking a tester equipment specialist to maintain and troubleshoot module testers, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.

The role covers DV/GR&R/SPC monitoring, production readiness, and ongoing improvements to test efficiency. You will support new tester setup, conversions and production readiness while upholding Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in tester sustaining, equipment maintenance or semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift/overtime when required.
