Job summary

Silitech Electronics Sdn. Bhd. in Negeri Sembilan, Seremban, seeks a Testing Engineer with a Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics. English is required; Chinese is a plus. Role involves hands-on testing, data acquisition, and cross-team communication.

You will work on setup of Functional and In-Circuit Test Systems, support equipment, and maintain tester software, coordinating with suppliers for fabrication of test equipment and developing clear work instructions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or professional degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Hands-on testing, preparation of test plans, data acquisition and engineering analysis of test results.
• Familiar with PCBS tester troubleshooting and software management.

Responsibilities

• Setup and commissioning Functional Test System, In Circuit Test System and other tester equipment.
• Support and service test equipment.
• Create and maintain work instructions and system diagrams.
• Maintain PCBA tester software.
• Follow up with supplier for test equipment fabrication.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
