Nexperia Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. in Penang is seeking an IC test engineer to develop robust test strategies across platform, hardware, software, and instrumentation for analog and mixed-signal devices.
You will design ATE hardware interface boards, write test programs, debug bring-up, perform parametric tests, and analyze silicon results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure device success.
Create robust and cost effective semiconductor IC test strategy in terms of test platform, hardware, software andinstrumentation
Design ATE hardware interface boards, write test programs for IC testing and characterization
Debug and bring-up ATE test solution to evaluate analog and mixed-signal ICs and perform bench correlation
Perform parametric tests on ATE with strong defect screening mentality
Debug device and setup related issues and drive the issue to closureindependently
Analyze silicon results, do statistical analysis, find root cause for yield fall-outs, support failure analysis activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to devicesuccess
What you will need
Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in semiconductor IC testing on ATE
Experience of ATE hardware PCB design
Knowledge on test and measurement equipment’s
ATE experience on analog testers like Teradyne ETS-88, ETS-364 or other equivalent ATE
