Qualifications

• College degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years technical and project leadership experience in a similar environment.
• Must have strong leadership skills.
• Must have solid background in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Must have good interpersonal & communications skills.
• Must have initiative and resourcefulness.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office Suite.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies new products to support ST business requirements for quality, reliability and schedules.
• Develops project milestones and deliverables schedules.
• Defines the project team and communication infrastructure (coordination, operation and review forums).
• Prepares resources to start new product qualification.
• Organizes support on product workability, qualification, line stressing and review.
• Supports Volume Ramp up team for technical issues during ramp up.
• Identifies areas for cost reduction and devises methods for cost-efficient projects.
• Manages manufacturing system setup and leads yield and cycle time reviews.
• Performs PRB reviews: TGA, EVP, EVR, KT and KTV.
• Monitors raw materials and procurement.
• Leads team reviews for project progress and quality issues.
• Ensures project execution and completion within agreed timeframes.
