mnosys sdn bhd is seeking a Testing Engineer to join our team in Penang. You will develop and maintain production test programs, analyze data, and drive root-cause investigation to resolve defects on the line.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality to implement corrective actions, document procedures, and ensure compliance with standards while supporting NPI builds and equipment validation.

• Experience reading schematics and using test equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain test programs, fixtures, and stations.
• Perform product testing, analyze data, track yields, and root-cause failures.
• Provide technical support for production line issues and NPIs.
• Set up and maintain test equipment, evaluating new technologies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality for improvements.
• Maintain test specs, work instructions, and compliance reports.

System Development & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain production test programs, procedures, fixtures, and stations.

Testing & Analysis: Perform product testing, analyze data, track yields, and conduct root-cause failure analysis to resolve defects.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for production line failures, implement corrective/preventive actions, and support NPI engineering builds.

Equipment Management: Set up, validate, calibrate, and maintain test equipment and tools, evaluating new technologies as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain test specs, work instructions, and reports, ensuring full compliance with quality and industry standards.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Prior background in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, or semiconductors is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong ability to read schematics, use test/measurement equipment, perform data analysis, and apply troubleshooting methodologies.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication abilities.

Work Traits: Self-driven team player who is willing to support production line needs and overtime when required.
