Lead instrument test transfer and validation activities, including all tasks related to production transfer.
Troubleshoot and repair production non-conformities; support root cause isolation and ensure production plan attainment.
Validate and release test programs, procedures, and related documentation.
Build, configure, and maintain the production test environment (fixtures, instruments, and test stations).
Handle after-sales repair for returned/defective units and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering/Science (Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).
Minimum 5 years of experience in test engineering.
Strong skills in test bring-up, debugging, and data analysis, with proficiency in relevant test engineering software/tools.
Continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to independently prepare test reports, improvement summaries, and implement optimizations.
Proficient in using test and measurement instruments, with basic electro-mechanical/circuit troubleshooting and improvement skills.
Fast learner with clear communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Accountable, proactive, and passionate at work; experience in instrumentation-related industries is an added advantage.
A strong team player with resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
