Job summary

Aexel BioMed, a Kuala Lumpur-based distributor of aesthetic devices, is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive sales to medical aesthetic practices and spas. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting, and closing deals within the WP Kuala Lumpur territory.

Based on performance, duties include maintaining relationships, achieving targets, coordinating with internal teams, and representing the brand at industry events and trainings. On-site, full-time position with travel within the area.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and account management abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging medical aesthetic professionals and beauty industry clients.
• Basic understanding of aesthetic, beauty, or medical device products and willingness to learn technical details.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to handle territory planning, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Comfort with using productivity tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
• Prior experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or medical device sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, and travel within the assigned area as required.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Aexel BioMed devices to medical aesthetic practices and spas.
• Identify and qualify prospects within the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders and delivery.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trainings, and meetings.
