Job summary

Tencent Cloud – Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled Cloud Delivery Engineer to drive migration and deployment of customer workloads to EdgeOne, coordinating cross-functional teams and translating customer needs into actionable technical solutions. You will create migration docs, test scenarios, and onboarding materials, while troubleshooting issues across the delivery lifecycle.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical implementation or cloud delivery.
• Familiarity with CDN, edge acceleration and cloud security concepts.
• Strong communication in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration and deployment of customer workloads to EdgeOne, including technical assessment, solution design, planning, implementation, and verification.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure delivery milestones and service expectations are met.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with Tencent Cloud’s platform capabilities and business goals.
• Produce migration documentation, test scenarios, solution proposals, and onboarding materials tailored to each customer project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the delivery lifecycle by working closely with support, engineering, and R&D teams.
• Optimise delivery frameworks and workflows for scalability, customer experience, and cross-team efficiency.
• Capture and feedback market observations, delivery challenges, and product gaps to improve Tencent Cloud’s service capability in global markets.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical implementation, cloud delivery, or customer onboarding roles in a cloud or internet services environment.
• Strong familiarity with CDN, edge acceleration, and cloud security concepts.
• Working knowledge of web infrastructure and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, IP, routing, SSL).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across different geographies.
• Fluent business-level English and Chinese communication skills are required.
• Growth mindset with a proactive, execution-driven attitude.
