Role Summary

Tencent Cloud is hiring a delivery-focused Product Solution Architect to support the successful onboarding and migration of enterprise customers to our EdgeOne platform. This role focuses on owning the technical delivery process end to end, from initial solutioning and infrastructure transition to go‑live support and optimisation. You will work closely with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to execute migration plans, resolve technical blockers, and ensure a smooth, value‑driven experience for international customers.

The role requires participation in 24/7 standby support and occasional weekend duty on a rotational basis; time‑off compensation will be provided whenever activated.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration and deployment of customer workloads to EdgeOne, including technical assessment, solution design, planning, implementation, and verification.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal and external resources to ensure delivery milestones and service expectations are met.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with Tencent Cloud’s platform capabilities and business goals.
• Produce migration documentation, test scenarios, solution proposals, and onboarding materials tailored to each customer project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the delivery lifecycle by working closely with support, engineering, and R&D teams.
• Optimise delivery frameworks and workflows for scalability, customer experience, and cross‑team efficiency.
• Capture and feedback market observations, delivery challenges, and product gaps to improve Tencent Cloud’s service capability in global markets.
