Job summary

Sulzer is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to install, configure, calibrate, and repair technical products and systems at customer field locations.

This role follows detailed instructions with supervision for non-routine tasks, and focuses on basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training.

Qualifications

• May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience).
• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

About the role

Job Summary
The (Field) Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.
This job profile is intended for entry-level support staff who follow specific instructions and procedures, with supervision provided for non-routine situations.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and technical support on installed equipment.
