Job summary

HELP International School in Malaysia is looking for a capable and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive (Temporary) to join our Admissions & Records team. You will interact with customers, respond to inquiries, and aim to maintain high service standards across all touchpoints.

Reporting to the Admissions and Records Manager, the role covers customer service duties and essential administrative tasks, including invoicing, payment collection, and managing the school email inbox.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to different stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers (students, parents, vendors, teachers, etc.).
• Provide accurate information using appropriate methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits; follow up for resolution.
• Carry out ad hoc invoicing in billing and collection systems; collect payments.
• Manage the school email inbox and assist with document preparation and filing.
