You will cold-call prospects, present products, qualify leads, handle objections, and maintain CRM records to meet and exceed targets, collaborating with the sales and support teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound telesales or cold calling in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Resilience and a positive attitude towards targets and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate sales opportunities from provided lead lists.
• Present products clearly and professionally to prospects.

• Handle objections and close sales, processing orders accurately.
