Job summary

HL Assurance Pte.Ltd. invites applications for outbound sales and customer service roles in the insurance sector. Responsibilities include pre-sales enquiries, selling, after-sales support, CRM data entry, and achieving daily/monthly KPIs.

Requirements: Diploma/SPM with 3 years in outbound sales (call centre or general insurance), English and Mandarin preferred, strong communication, team player, and willingness to start as contract to permanent. 5‑day work week, basic + incentive.

Qualifications

• Diploma/SPM with at least 3 years experience in outbound sales, preferably in call centre or insurance.
• Able to converse in English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Energetic, service-oriented and a fast learner with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-sales enquiries, sales, and post-sale customer service.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present products.
• Understand customer requirements and address questions or issues.
• Offer solutions based on client needs and capabilities.
• Manage customer enquiries or policies to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain solid customer relationships for repeat business.
• Use company scripts to drive sales and respond to rejections.
• Document customer information, payments, and outcomes in CRM/tracking tools.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre-sales enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
• Managing customer’s enquiries or policies in order for existing customers to remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Using sales scripts provided by the company as a guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
• Ensure daily and monthly KPIs (Call Performance and Sales Target) are met and exceeded
• Well versed of insurance products and services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ SPM with at least 3 years of relevant work experience doing outbound sales preferably in call centre environment and general insurance industry
• Possess Insurance certification (GI – BCP & PGI) is an advantage and basic computing skills
• Energetic, outgoing personality and service oriented
• Independent and a fast leaner with initiative
• Able to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin (would be an advantage but not mandatory)
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
