We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketer Officer to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Telemarketer Officer, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales operations, contributing to the company's overall success. Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls to generate sales leads and appointments
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to customers
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies to improve sales performance
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably in the call centre or telemarketing industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
