Job summary

Cloud Destinations Infotech is seeking an experienced PMO professional with a strong telecommunications project background to join our technology team on a full-time permanent basis. You will own project tracking, data compilation, and executive reporting, using advanced Excel dashboards to optimize resources and KPIs across TM initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in PMO or project operations within telecom, exceptional analytical skills, and proven cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of PMO/project operations experience in telecommunications.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and executive-level communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end PMO operations and governance for telecommunications initiatives.
• Compile, clean, and analyze complex operational data sets to track progress, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare executive project reports, management presentations, and dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering teams, technical leads, and executives.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models and automated reporting templates.
• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, meetings, and follow-up tracking.
• Support TM project deployments and network expansions.
