Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proactive and able to handle ambiguity.
Proactive mindset, able to handle ambiguity and solve problems.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate data clearly.
Ability to drive KPIs and operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Mentor Equipment Specialist to enhance team capabilities and drive operational excellence.
Improve efficiency, product quality and overall productivity across equipment processes.
Drive systemic fixes to improve USDT and MTBA for module at KuAT; develop hard down fix strategies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven improvements.
