Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malaysia is looking for a Technician or Freshie with a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic to operate and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role focuses on RF matching networks and generators, with the ability to work shifts and maintain quality standards.

You will perform unit tests, follow PMS Work Instructions, and participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Technician or Freshie from Diploma / Degree Electrical or Electronic or Mechatronic.
• Excellent working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF Matching Networks and Generators.

Responsibilities

• Perform Test sequent for unit under test, Identify and troubleshoot processes, material, or equipment issues to minimize down time and recommend solutions.
• Perform test related tasks for unit under test via Test platform provided by Company.
• Trouble shoot test unit, perform debugging for minor Test failure unit.
• Perform Test cycle with correct sequent as per PMS Work Instruction.
• Perform Test fixture daily cleaning cycle per Work Instruction
• Perform 5S at Test Work Benches before start of Shift work.
• Organized Test tools and equipment per standard for before and after used.
• Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing.
