Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent technician to conduct daily servicing and maintenance as per the monthly schedule. You will prepare daily service reports, repair and replace firefighting system parts, and coordinate quotations for additional work with the main office.

You’ll ensure tools are stored properly and that all work meets HSE standards, while Mandarin is used to liaise with China counterparts. The role requires responsibility for minimizing customer complaints and maintaining

Qualifications

• Daily servicing and maintenance duties as per schedule.
• Proficiency in reporting daily servicing activities.
• Ability to repair/replace parts of firefighting systems.
• Coordination with main office for quotations on extra work.
• Careful storage and handling of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Compliance with HSE standards across all tasks.
• Capable of addressing customer complaints promptly.
• Maintenance of company vehicles, facilities, tools, and spare parts.
• Willingness to take on other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow monthly maintenance schedule for daily servicing.
• Prepare daily servicing and maintenance reports.
• Repair/replace faulty parts of firefighting system.
• Inform offices to prepare quotations for additional work.
• Store, clean and handle maintenance tools and equipment properly.

• To follow the monthly maintenance schedule to attend for the daily servicing and maintenance
• To prepare a report of each servicing and maintenance carried out daily
• To repair and replace parts of firefighting system if found faulty
• To inform the main office to prepare necessary quotation on the customer’s requirement for additional work and replacement of spare parts
• To ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are properly stored, cleaned and handled with care
• To ensure maintenance works and working environment are compliant to standard HSE requirement
• Must be fully responsible in minimizing the customer complaints by immediately attend to it
