Job summary

You will analyse processes, present technical demonstrations, train customers, coordinate with overseas principals, troubleshoot, and help ensure compliance with industry standards while advancing glove technology and company

Responsibilities

• Analyse customers' glove manufacturing processes to recommend hand former specifications.
• Conduct technical product presentations and training for customers and staff.
• Evaluate product performance and propose engineering improvements.
• Coordinate with overseas principals on specifications and development.
• Provide after-sales technical troubleshooting and production optimisation guidance.
• Monitor glove industry developments to suggest technical improvements.
• Deliver technical knowledge transfer and training to Malaysian employees.
• Support sales teams with specialised product expertise in customer discussions.
• Ensure recommendations comply with industry standards and overseas specifications.

Provide specialised technical consultation on stainless-steel hand former solutions used in disposable, medical, and industrial glove manufacturing processes, including product application, specification selection, and production suitability.

Key responsibilities

Analyse customers' glove manufacturing processes, production requirements, and operational conditions to recommend appropriate hand former specifications, dimensional configurations, surface finishing, and technical solutions that optimise production efficiency and product quality

Conduct technical product presentations, application demonstrations, and professional training for customers, distributors, and internal personnel to ensure proper understanding of specialised hand former technologies and applications

Evaluate product performance based on customers' production feedback, identify technical issues related to hand former applications, and recommend practical engineering solutions to improve manufacturing consistency and operational reliability

Coordinate closely with overseas technology principals on technical specifications, customised product development, engineering documentation, product validation, and implementation requirements for customer projects

Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and after-sales consultation relating to hand former application, production compatibility, process optimisation, and product performance throughout project implementation

Monitor developments in global glove manufacturing technologies, hand former innovations, and industry best practices to recommend suitable technical improvements that enhance the company's competitive position

Develop and deliver structured technical knowledge transfer programmes, coaching, and practical application training to Malaysian employees to strengthen local technical competency in specialised glove industry products

Support the commercial and technical sales teams by providing specialised product expertise, participating in customer technical discussions, conducting solution presentations, and assisting with complex project evaluations

Ensure all technical recommendations, product applications, and customer solutions comply with relevant industry standards, customer manufacturing requirements, and the technical specifications established by the overseas technology principal.
