We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to lead the plants maintenance team. Technician will collaborate closely with plant engineers and other specialists to verify that equipment functions properly and fulfils performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with plant engineers and maintenance team staff to carry out daily maintenance jobs.
• Obtain data & information from various equipment and machineries in plant operation.
• Inspecting and analyze systems and equipment.
• Perform routine monitoring and inspections.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, or clients to address technical problems.
• Follow safety standards and adhere to company and industry requirements.
• Document work performed and maintained service logs.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Diploma or technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a hands-on technician in a relevant field.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
