ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Assembly Technician III in Malaysia to join our Penang operations.

You will assemble electronic and mechanical components according to drawings, perform tests, and support troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Engineering and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, with willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including Sundays and public

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing/aerospace/engineering.
• Able to comprehend electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including Sundays/PH.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts to build machines based on required specifications, drawings and work instruction.
• Conduct functional and leak test, identify errors and conduct rework if required.
• Report and assist engineers in problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Required to understand the cleanroom protocol and practice the 5S Concept for cleanroom.
• Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline.

UCT is looking for a talented Assembly Technician III tojoin us in Malaysia!

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts to build machines based on required specifications, drawings and work instruction.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing/aerospace/engineering industry
• Able to comprehend electrical / mechanical drawings
• Able to work in cleanroom environment, wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and safety shoes
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shift including Sunday and Public Holidays
• Must be able to support 12hours rotating shift work
