Job summary

KAS ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking a proactive on-site technician to support installation, repair, maintenance and testing activities. The role involves coordinating workflow, supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate reads drawings, understands schematics, and has basic wiring knowledge to support building maintenance and operations. This position emphasizes accuracy in reporting and adherence to management instructions.

Qualifications

• Able to understand and read drawings, diagrams and schematics.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in basic wiring and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Check, identify, monitor and tie workflow to schedule.
• Assist and monitor all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing works.
• Assist in monitoring works of appointed sub-contractors.
• Assist in contract administration and correspondences related to operations and building maintenance works.
• Monitor and maintain building in good condition.
• Produce timely and detailed reports and ensure timely submission to management.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.
