Job summary
JESS Technology in Malaysia is seeking a qualified electrical/electronic engineer to join our field service team. You will provide onsite technical support, install and test products, and ensure timely service delivery to customers across our regional network.
We value practical engineering education, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work on weekends on-call when needed. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided to grow your career within a fast-growing industrial
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Experience in electrical/electronic environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support, installation, and product testing.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit weekly service reports.
- Ensure timely response and service delivery to customers.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in:
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Related Engineering Fields
- Min 1 year of experience in electrical / electronic environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in industrial maintenance or CNC systems will be an added advantage
- Able to attend on call work on Saturday and Sunday
- Executives specializing in Electrical/Electronic Engineering are preferred
