Job summary

VODEX TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an Air Conditioning Technician to perform technical support, repair and maintenance of refrigerators and air conditioners in shops and premises. You will respond promptly to job orders and customer feedback, and assist in major repairs when needed.

Qualified candidates have 1–5 years of experience, with a GDL license as a nice-to-have. The role offers a Monday–Saturday schedule with half-day Saturdays and overtime pay. Health insurance is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years or 3–5 years experience as an air conditioning technician
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and basic repair skills

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support, repair and maintenance of refrigerators and air conditioners in shops and premises
• Perform minor and assist in major repairs as necessary
• Respond to all job orders promptly
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly
• Update the company on job status
• Ensure proper safekeeping of tools
• Follow safety and health SOPs
• Other duties as assigned
