Responsibilities
- Set up Reliability stress tests (e.g, HTRB, HTGB, TC, PC, THB, etc.) according to schematics and test plans.
- Ensure proper electrical biasing and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, vibration, etc.) are applied during testing.
- Operate and maintain reliability test equipment such as ovens, chambers, power supplies, and data loggers.
- Collaborate with our team of engineers to support reliability operations.
- Provide line support / work with Operations on all analog, logic & discrete testing issues (testers, hardware/accessories, correlation failure, failure verification & disposition, etc.).
- Work closely with Lab Operations to ensure all loading & unloading activities are done timely (to meet OTD) and have zero quality issues.
- Support stress methods and data collection to be utilized in the evaluation of new products.
- Be safety‑minded regarding power and other lab hazards.
- Set up Reliability Stress tests according to the schematic provided by REL/Process Engineering.
- Ensure all loading into & unloading out of chambers for all ONRMS runs, including Board Level Reliability (BLR), are done per the schedule.
- Manage motherboard hardware and associated tasks, including maintenance of hardware, PM process per schedule, and timely hardware release for production use.
- Troubleshoot and repair lab equipment/system.
- Work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.
- Provide technical services to internal and external customers.
- Provide support to Operations on lab‑driven projects such as 5S, system, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Availability to work daily in the laboratory to support application engineers as needed.
- Diploma in Electronics.
- Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Computer skills (a prerequisite).
- Ability to work as a team to achieve department goals.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
