Job summary

Kibing Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance-focused junior executive to perform daily monitoring and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment in Seremban, Malaysia. You will help minimize downtime, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe 5S environment.

Candidate should possess a diploma or professional certificate, with strong technical knowledge of machinery and good communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Initiate improvements to increase equipment efficiency.
• Respond to emergency calls for production machine issues and rectify promptly.

Job description

Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/ systems.

To maintain the machines and equipment in good order to support production process according to the preventive maintenance schedule.

To routinely check on machinery for signs of fault in order to prevent or minimize downtime and interruptions.

To initiate improvement on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase its efficiency.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Manager & Supervisor from time to time.

Respond to emergency calls for production machine, manufacturing plants issues and ensure the issues are rectified promptly.

Keep the workplace environment clean and safe (5S)

Skills:

Can work in hot temperature and shifts.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking.

Organization skill and multitask.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/Professional Certificate, Diploma any field.

Strong technical knowledge about machinery

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team focused and ability to relate well with other disciplines in a dynamic workplace environment.
