Job summary

Conex Technology Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Technician to join our field team. The role involves installing and supporting smart locks and safe boxes at customer locations, performing basic testing and troubleshooting, and assisting customers with operation after installation.

Training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A valid motorcycle or car license is required, and willingness to travel and work outdoors is essential.

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and hands-on Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with product installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service at customer locations. Training will be provided, so candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Technical Support

Perform installation and setup of smart locks, safe boxes, and related products at customer premises.

Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting to ensure products are functioning properly.

Assist customers with basic product operation and usage after installation.

Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of faulty components when required.

Follow installation procedures and company technical standards.

Travel to customer locations for installation, servicing, inspection, and troubleshooting.

Attend service appointments according to the assigned schedule.

Coordinate with customers regarding appointment timing and access arrangements.

Handle products, tools, and equipment properly during transportation and installation.

Complete installation and service reports accurately after each job.

Team Support

Work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and After-Sales teams to resolve customer issues.

Report technical issues, product defects, and installation concerns to the supervisor.

Maintain proper records of installation and service activities.

Assist with roadshows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required.

Perform other technical and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Requirements

Fresh graduates and candidates without prior technician experience are welcome to apply.
