Job summary

VODAPRO SDN BHD is seeking a field service technician in Malaysia to support water quality monitoring instruments. You will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and on-site calibration, and prepare calibration reports.

You will communicate with customers and internal teams to deliver timely service, diagnose technical issues, and propose effective solutions. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to company procedures, with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation and provide technical support for water quality monitoring instruments.
• Carry out on-site calibration services and prepare calibration reports.
• Communicate and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service support.
• Diagnose technical issues and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
• Ensure service work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
• Comprehensive training will be provided.
