Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a field service technician to repair dental chairs, electronic boards, and related equipment. Fresh graduates are welcome, with hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.

You will install, service, and maintain dental devices, demonstrate usage to customers, and travel to clinics in the Northern Region. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical. Fresh grads welcome.
• Experience in Troubleshoot and Repairing is required.
• Skilled in Hand Tools and Machines.
• Knowledgeable in Board Troubleshoot / Circuit Reading (Debug or Reverse Engineer PCB boards is an advantage).
• Team player and Good Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Repairing Dental Chair or Machines and Equipment.
• Repairing Electronic Board e.g. (Power Board, Driver Board, PCB).
• Installing, Servicing, and Maintenance Dental Equipment.
• Making demonstration, training and sales with customers.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze broken component.
• Traveling to Customers Clinic (Northern Region).
