Job summary

Vertiv in Senai, Johor seeks an Operations Technical Training Specialist to create, plan and deliver technical training across data center, power and thermal topics. The role focuses on building and maintaining training content, leveraging LMS, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective learning outcomes for associates.

The position requires designing blended learning programs, managing instructors, and driving improvements to training methodologies and materials to support Vertiv’s

Qualifications

• Experience in public speaking and delivering technical content.
• Ability to design training for Power, Thermal and data center topics.
• Proven track record in learning program development.
• Experience with ITIL/LEAN frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create training schedules for all company departments and track outcomes.
• Train new hires on policies and procedures using effective methods.
• Develop and maintain training records and reports.
• Lead a team of instructors to design and deliver technical training.
• Design training strategies including onboarding and product updates.
• Leverage LMS to manage global training initiatives.
• Ensure training compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve curriculum.
• Assist in budgeting for training facilities and materials.
• Explain procedures clearly to operators.
