Job summary

NL Scientific Instruments in Klang, Selangor is seeking graduates with a Civil Engineering background to join the team. You will participate in customer training, prepare technical content, and support products through testing and documentation to meet project requirements.

The role values strong communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask while delivering high-quality work. English proficiency and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Training – Conduct product demonstrations, technical training and user guidance for customers.
• Tender & Specification Compliance – Review tender documents and assist in ensuring our products meet relevant technical specifications, standards and requirements.
• Technical Documentation – Assist in preparing and maintaining product instruction manuals, technical documents and related materials.
• Product Video & Technical Content – Support the preparation of product demonstration videos, technical presentations and other product-related content.
• Customer Technical Support – Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding product specifications, applications and operation.
• Product Testing & Verification – Conduct in-house product testing, performance verification and basic troubleshooting to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Product Improvement Support – Provide technical feedback and assist the team in product development and improvement activities.
• Other Duties – Perform other technical and project-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
