Job summary

NL Scientific Instruments – Klang, Selangor is seeking graduates with a Civil Engineering qualification for an entry-level role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you will gain hands-on experience in customer training, tender reviews, documentation, and product testing.

Candidates should have strong communication, be able to multitask, learn quickly, and willing to work beyond normal hours to meet project needs. Proficiency in English and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Training – Conduct product demonstrations and user guidance for customers.
• Tender & Specification Compliance – Review documents and ensure product meets technical specs and requirements.
• Technical Documentation – Assist in preparing manuals and related materials.
• Product Video & Technical Content – Support creation of demonstration videos and presentations.
• Customer Technical Support – Respond to enquiries on specifications and operation.
• Product Testing & Verification – Perform in-house testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Product Improvement Support – Provide technical feedback for product development and improvements.
• Other Duties – Perform other technical/project responsibilities as assigned.

• Customer Technical Support – Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information regarding product specifications, applications and operation.

• Product Testing & Verification – Conduct in-house product testing, performance verification and basic troubleshooting to ensure product quality and compliance.

• Product Improvement Support – Provide technical feedback and assist the team in product development and improvement activities.

• Other Duties – Perform other technical and project-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
